The office lady very rude,look at customer with rude eyes.i have big question don’t know that she’s boss of that place,or don’t want customer stay at the hotel.i been stay there many times every Vietnam trip.i never come stay again

Horrible experience. Don't stay there

It was the worst hotels that I've stayed in. The room is old and most of the facilities were broken down. The first day we had no hot water in the bathroom. The wall was no sound proof. You can hear people having s** in the room next door. The staff was unfriendly, they seemed to ignore us for 3 days that we stayed. The location was bad, is located in a small alley which was really hard to find even with google map.

Không giống như được giới thiệu tại booking và lời nói Dù đã book phòng trước nhưng vẫn bị tình trạng không có phòng mà ko đc thông báo Dù book căn hộ nhưng khi được dời sang chi nhánh khác thì đc báo với giá đó chỉ đc ở phòng khách sạn . Sau khi trực tiếp báo tại văn phòng chính mới đc chuyển sang phòng khác . Dù đc báo không thể ăn đồ ăn ngoài chỉ có thể ăn đồ tự nấu nên mới book căn hộ có bếp nhưng ... Lần đầu gặp phòng đc gọi là căn hộ mà đc trang bị 1 cái bếp điện từ mini cùng 1 ấm nước đung ( ko nồi , ko chão , ko có gì khác ) cứ như dời sang cho có . Nói chung thất vọng
